Returns Policy

At Brivano, we want you to be 100% satisfied. That's why we have a clear and fair returns policy, so you can shop with confidence. Still not happy with your purchase? No problem, we're happy to help.

Return or exchange in 3 simple steps:

1. Download and print the return form
 Download return form (PDF)

2. Complete the form in full
 Please state your order number, reason for return and whether you want an exchange or refund.  

3. Submit your article
 Please include the completed return form with your package and send it to the return address you receive from us after contacting us via info@brivano.nl .

1. General

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include proof of purchase.

We unfortunately cannot accept your return without contacting us first. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Damage and problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Is anything broken, damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? Let us know immediately at info@brivano.nl , and we'll resolve the issue quickly.

3. Exchange

Would you like a different item? Return your current item and place a new order. This is usually the fastest way to receive the product you want.

4. Right of return within the EU (30 days)

Do you live in the EU? Then you always have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be in its original condition and returned with proof of purchase, as described above.

5. Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, we'll automatically refund the amount via your original payment method. This usually takes up to 10 business days.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the product and the supplier.

There's a key reason for this: at Brivano, we consciously choose a more sustainable approach. Instead of fast shipments with a large environmental footprint, we work with a made-to-order and optimized shipping system . This means products are only shipped after you place an order. This prevents excess inventory, wasted resources, and unnecessary returns.

We also often combine shipments to reduce the number of transport movements, which helps lower CO₂ emissions. With this approach, we contribute to a more sustainable world and can offer you unique products at a competitive price.
