At Brivano, we want you to be 100% satisfied. That's why we have a clear and fair return policy, so you can shop with confidence. Not happy with your purchase? No problem, we're happy to help.
Return or exchange in 3 simple steps:
1. Download and print the return form

2. Complete the form in full
Please state your order number, reason for return, and whether you want an exchange or a refund.
3. Send your item
Include the completed return form with your package and send it to the return address you will receive from us after contacting info@brivano.nl.
1. General
You have 30 days from the day of receipt to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with all original labels and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include proof of purchase.
Do you want to return something? Please contact us first at info@brivano.nl.
Without prior contact, we unfortunately cannot accept your return. The costs for returning the item are at your expense.
2. Damage and problems
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is anything broken, damaged, or have you received the wrong item? Let us know directly via info@brivano.nl, and we will resolve it quickly for you.
3. Exchanges
Do you want to receive a different item? Return your current item and place a new order. This is usually the fastest way to still receive the product you want.
4. Right of withdrawal within the EU (14 days)
Do you live in the EU? Then you always have the right of withdrawal to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be in its original condition and returned with proof of purchase, as described above.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, you will hear from us whether your refund has been approved. If so, we will automatically refund the amount using the payment method you used. This usually takes a maximum of 10 business days.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the product and the supplier.
There's a key reason for this: at Brivano, we consciously choose a more sustainable approach. Instead of fast shipments with a large environmental footprint, we work with a made-to-order and optimized shipping system . This means products are only shipped after you place an order. This prevents excess inventory, wasted resources, and unnecessary returns.
We also often combine shipments to reduce the number of transport movements, which helps lower CO₂ emissions. With this approach, we contribute to a more sustainable world and can offer you unique products at a competitive price.
